We currently have an opportunity for a Regional Zero Harm Manager to join our Government & Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in strengthening a proactive, peoplecentred safety culture across our portfolio. Reporting to the Contract Director / Head of Zero Harm Operations, youll shape safety leadership, uplift capability, and help deliver highquality outcomes that support essential public services.
What Youll Do
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
- Championing a strong Zero Harm leadership culture that empowers managers and teams to lead safe and sustainable outcomes.
- Providing expert health, safety, and environmental advice to operational leaders and service delivery partners across multiple contract environments.
- Leading and coaching highquality incident investigations, including complex cases using ICAM or equivalent methodologies.
- Driving delivery of the Zero Harm Strategy, uplifting capabilities, and embedding bestpractice systems across the region.
- Overseeing INX moderation processes and ensuring accurate, timely reporting that supports datadriven decisionmaking.
What Youll Bring
- Formal qualifications in Work Health & Safety (or related discipline), with ICAM training and experience in highrisk or complex operational settings.
- Strong capability in leading investigations, conducting risk assessments, and advising on WHS/OHS legislation across multiple jurisdictions.
- Demonstrated success building relationships with operational leaders and coaching teams to uplift safety performance.
- Proficiency with safety and reporting systems such as INX, Lucidity, and associated management frameworks (ISO / ISO).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and professional reportwriting skills.
