About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to join our team in Seven Hills, reporting to the Technical Services Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader with a passion for excellence in technical services to oversee the operations of our MedTech services workshop. Your Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Operational Planning: Inspire and guide a team of technicians, providing mentorship and support to ensure efficiency. Strategically allocate resources, schedule tasks, and collaborate with departments to meet production targets, resolve challenges, and maintain seamless operations.

Maintenance, Safety, and Warehouse Support: Oversee the maintenance and calibration of equipment, ensuring safety standards and conducting regular risk assessments. Provide backup for warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock control, and equipment operation, ensuring operational continuity.

Continuous Improvement and Budget Management: Drive process enhancements to improve efficiency and utilise tools like Salesforce and Power BI for accurate record-keeping and performance tracking. Assist with budget preparation and expense monitoring to ensure cost-effective workshop operations.

What we are looking for:

A degree in Operations Management or a related field, or equivalent experience, with proven supervisory experience in a workshop or similar environment, preferably in the MedTech industry.

Strong understanding of workshop operations, equipment, safety procedures, and relevant regulations. Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce, and inventory management systems like SAP. Forklift certification and experience are preferred.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills, with a solid understanding of industry standards and regulations.
