Position Available: Workshop Scheduler

Location: Adelaide

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated professional to plan, schedule and ensure smooth operations by leaning on their experience in a similar role within the transport and logistics sector. If youre ready to contribute to a dynamic team, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities: 

• Arrange for servicing and repair of vehicles and equipment either internal or external as required. (Booking Process)
• Develop equipment service forecast reports for BUs.
• Conduct regular planning meeting with BUs.
• Raise work orders, source quotes as required.
• Understand service agreements for Leased equipment.
• Contact suppliers and obtain order numbers and service documents for work completed.
• Close out all completed work in the CMMS.
• Answer customer and supplier enquiries concerning vehicles back in service.
• Effectively maintain the service schedule compliance for Centurion Business units where applicable.
• Control all deferred service and repairs, liaising with customers to ensure equipment is re-booked at a time suitable to suppliers.

Skills and Experience: 

• Proven background in a similar or equivalent role
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Previous workshop experience advantageous
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously and part of a fast-paced team
