Workplace Co-ordinator
What the role will do:
- Induct new team members into workplace related activities
- Maintain a safe, clean and well-maintained work environment
- Ensure operational efficiency in workplace services and soft facilities management
- Act as an Emergency Warden and First Aider (NOT REQUIRED for TEMP ROLE)
- Support internal engagement activities and events
- Liaise with the landlord on building updates and services such as maintenance and cleaning
- Locker, Mail, courier and catering co-ordination and management
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in workplace operations
- Daily management of work orders using RBA in-house management systems
- Maintain and deliver data entry for the security system administration
- Manage access cards
What we are seeking
- Property/Facilities generalist knowledge
- Service Desk experience including management of a inbox
- A passion for providing customer service
- Highly organised and with a high capability to manage multiple priorities with ease
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to calmly handle situations with efficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Independent worker who can deliver end to end service
Desirable
- Security System Admin experience
- The role is 5 days a week onsite
