You don’t need truck driving experience—we’ll provide the training. What matters most is your attitude and drive. We’re looking for women who are:

• Self-motivated and reliable
• Willing to learn and step outside their comfort zone
• Confident communicators with strong customer service skills
• Willing to travel as required across the Central West region.

Minimum Requirements

To be eligible, we ask that you:

• Hold a full, unrestricted car licence
• Are able to commit to the full 7-week program and to pursuing a full-time role with Holcim afterward.
• Successfully complete a medical assessment including general health, physical capability, and Drug & Alcohol screening.

What You’ll Gain

• At least 20 hours of on-road driving tuition.
• A nationally recognised start toward a Certificate III in Driving Operations.
