WHS Advisor – FIFO

Unite Resourcing has been engaged by our client to source WHS Advisors for various mining sites across Western Australia. These positions are FIFO from Perth, with the flexibility of an 8:6 or 2:2 roster.

These roles offer an opportunity to transition from a temporary contract into a permanent position with a reputable organisation. We’re looking for candidates with solid mining experience and strong capabilities in safety systems and ICAM investigations.

To be successful in the role, you should demonstrate the following:

• Previous WHS advisory experience within the mining industry
• Certificate IV or Diploma in WHS/OHS
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
• Current Australian Drivers Licence
• ICAM Investigation Trained
• Working knowledge of injury management and RTW processes
• Knowledge of MYOSH or similar safety management systems
• Sound understanding of state and national WHS regulatory frameworks
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Passionate about safety leadership and improvement initiatives
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screen
