We are seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Operator to join our clients dynamic and fast-paced team in Darwin, NT. The position involves working in a busy warehouse and fabrication setting, often in proximity to moving vehicles and machinery. Applicants should be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, with exposure to seasonal weather conditions and a variety of surface types.

As a Warehouse Operator, your daily tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming stock in line with purchase orders
  • Pick, assemble, and package orders for dispatch
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
  • Use inventory systems to manage stock and support warehouse operations
  • Create skids and pallets according to packing requirements
  • Assist customers entering the warehouse in a professional manner
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organisation within the workspace
  • Participate in regular inventory counts and general team support
  • Perform frequent physical tasks including walking, bending, climbing, and lifting up to 27kg

Skills & Qualifications

  • Australian C Class Drivers Licence
  • Construction Card
  • Forklift Licence
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Working knowledge of warehouse operations and safety protocols
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to read, write, and complete documentation clearly and accurately
  • Familiarity with different materials and standard units of measure
  • Capacity to identify when equipment requires maintenance or repair
  • Team player with a can-do attitude and strong multi-tasking abilities
