The Role

We currently a vacancy for Warehouse Operator positions in Day Shift Logistic Team at Penrith, NSW.

Our Penrith site is located in Greater Western Sydney on the banks of the Nepean River and manufactures a range of more than 50 milk-based products.

The site currently produces around 145 million litres of product every year – receiving and processing milk 24 hours per day, seven days per week, 365 days a year! We proudly source milk from around 60 dairy farms across NSW and are passionate about supporting local products.

During this role, you will be required to manage product storage & movement within the cool room with the use of manual handling equipment including forklift and trucks. Besides, ensuring all the cool room functions are carried out in effective, efficient and timely manner, delivering the product safely, of the highest quality, at the lowest cost, with minimal waste in the correct quantity when it’s required.

Responsibilities

• Managing product storage and movement within the cool room
• Managing all the records and reports related to safety incidents, quality, waste management and maintenance.
• Delivering the best service to our stakeholders including customers and 3rd parties visitors
• Loading/Unloading stocks and storing properly.
• General housekeeping duties to meet required standard.

• Licensed and competent forklift operator
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Strong work ethic & team player
• Good problem-solving skill.
• Computer literacy
