About the Role
The Warehouse Inventory controller plays a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of Calendar Cheese QLD, ensuring a smooth flow of goods from receiving and storing goods to maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring efficiency in the warehouse.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, check off and put away incoming stock.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are optimally managed to support production schedules.
• Coordinate with other departments to help fulfil orders accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with WHS procedures to create a safe working environment for all warehouse personnel.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in a Warehouse Inventory controller or a similar role
• Certification to operate forklifts.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Effective communication and influencing skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions quickly.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
