We are seeking a Unit Manager Service Operations to lead and oversee multiple services at HMAS Albatross, Nowra (NSW). This is a leadership role, managing a team of site managers responsible for hospitality, cleaning, accommodation, and transport services. If you have a can-do attitude, strong organisational skills, and experience managing teams and operations, this is a rewarding role where your leadership will make a real impact on the daily lives of Defence personnel.

The Position

Oversee multiple service areas including hospitality, cleaning, accommodation, and transport
Manage and mentor site managers and team leads, fostering a high-performance culture
Champion a proactive Safety Culture and ensure OH&S compliance
Maintain high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction across all services
Support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement projects

The Person

Proven leadership and management experience across multiple teams or service areas
Strong organisational and operational management skills
Ability to drive results, solve problems, and implement improvements
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to lead managers and liaise with stakeholders
Commitment to safety, quality, and outstanding service delivery
