Were looking for experienced Shift Supervisors to join us on various underground mining projects. With FIFO options from Perth, as well as Residential/DIDO roles in and around Kalgoorlie, we have flexible roster choices to suit you.
Roster Options:
- 7:7 & 2:2 rosters
- FIFO from Perth or Kalgoorlie
- Residential/DIDO options available
Your Role: As a Shift Supervisor, you will take charge of overseeing underground mining crews and equipment, ensuring production targets are met safely and efficiently. You’ll lead and motivate your team to achieve excellence, conduct toolbox meetings, perform inspections, and provide essential training. Your leadership will be key in driving our safety and performance standards to new heights!
What We Need from You:
- WA Underground Shift Supervisor Certificate
- Valid Manual Drivers License
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol screen
- National Police Clearance

- Lead by example with positive, proactive leadership and team management
