Tyre Fitter – 2:1 Immediate Starts

The Opportunity:

• Roster – 2:1 – 1 week of days, 1 week of nights.
• Project duration: 2 years
• 12hr shifts
• $ – Flat Rate

The ideal candidate will be experienced with:

• Mechanical maintenance and Tyre repairs on light, medium and heavy vehicles performed in a safe and productive manner.
• Tread depth measurements, pressure readings and inspections on all heavy earthmoving Mobile Equipment.
• Actively participate in effective shift change over’s and shift Pre-Starts.
• Complete a detailed written hand over at the end of each shift.
• Be an active participant in the Continuous Improvement Program.
• Conduct site hazard reports.
• Minimize production downtime in the event of breakdowns and scheduled maintenance by using effective shift planning techniques

To be considered you must have / be willing to obtain:

• Drivers Licence (minimum HR Class – no provisional or extraordinary licences accepted
• Cert II Tyre Fitter
• OTR Experience
• Heavy / Earthmoving experience required

The Process

  

All shortlisted personnel must be able to attend a face to face interview at our WA office, and pass a full pre-employment medical as well as drug & alcohol testing prior to employment.
