Transport Administrator

Join our Perth Depot located in Kewdale as an Administrator and play a critical role in our operations. We are looking for someone with the right qualities, and we’re ready to invest in your training to set you up for success.

Shifts Available:

• Monday to Friday | 5:30am start

What Were Looking For:

• Admin & Data Entry Focused Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing and managing information.
• Problem-Solving Mindset Quick thinking and effective decision-making
• Resilience & Adaptability Ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure
• Excellent Communication Work seamlessly with teams and stakeholders
• Industry Knowledge (Preferred, Not Essential) Transport experience is a bonus, but well train the right candidate

What Youll Do:

• Manifesting consignments Ensure accurate tracking and delivery.
• Coordinating load planning & operational support Assist in efficient transport management.
• Processing & managing customer orders Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Collaborating with operational staff Meet all customer requirements effectively.
• Overseeing freight bookings & time slot allocations Maintain smooth logistics operations.
• Debriefing driver paperwork Ensure compliance and accurate record-keeping.
• Assisting with depot pallet control Support efficient inventory management.
• Ensuring accurate documentation & compliance Adhere to all transport industry regulations and standards.

We welcome candidates from high-intensity industries like logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, and retaileven if you havent worked in transport before.
