Internal Opportunity: Training Manager – Enaex Australia

We’re excited to announce an internal opportunity for a driven and passionate Training Manager to lead Enaex Australia’s training and development strategy as we continue to grow.

This role is a fantastic chance for someone who thrives on building capability, driving compliance, and fostering a learning culture across our operational and corporate teams.


About the Role:

As Training Manager, you will be responsible for the design, coordination, and execution of training programs across Enaex Australia. From compliance training, systems onboarding, and leadership development — you’ll help shape a high-performing, safe, and capable workforce.


Key Responsibilities:

·         Develop and manage the annual training calendar, aligning with business priorities and coordinating with department managers.

·         Design, deliver, and continuously improve training materials, sessions, and resources to ensure engaging and effective learning.

·         Identify training needs through assessments and feedback, supporting the implementation of initiatives, campaigns, and safety briefings.

·         Track and report training metrics, evaluate program effectiveness, and provide coaching to trainers to enhance delivery.

·         Support career development initiatives, contribute to safety and team meetings, and assist with policy and documentation development.


What We’re Looking For:

·         Relevant qualifications in training, OH&S, or a related field, with 10 years’ experience in mining or explosives industries.

·         Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and industry training standards.

·         Proven ability to assess training needs, manage projects, and lead the development of effective training programs.

·         Skilled in LMS, training tech, document management, and ISO standards , , ).

·         Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and time management skills; holds a current Open Driver Licence and valid Explosives Security Clearance.
