The Project

The Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Alliance, comprising of John Holland, Bouygues Construction, Arcadis Australia, Jacobs and Ventia has successfully secured the contract to deliver the final 10.5km section of the North-South Corridor, contributing to a long-lasting legacy for the community and people of Adelaide.

The project scope is concentrated on a 10.5km motorway, including more than 4kms of twin three lane tunnels, road and bridge construction and complex M&E installations. The Role

As a Training Coordinator, you will report to the Training and Development Manager. You will develop, coordinate and act as the main point of contact for training and development programs and activities for the T2D Project.

This role involves coordinating training and development programs, creating and integrating learning materials into various programs, identifying effective training tools and delivery methods, and overseeing inductions and project-specific training activities.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Coordinate the collection, recording and verification of employee competency information, such as tickets, licences and qualifications ensuring data is obtained and recorded in 3DS.
  • Develop, and deliver training programs in collaboration with internal/external providers and SMEs to meet identified needs in the Project Training Matrix
  • Collaborate with site teams to ensure Trainee and Apprenticeship programs are delivered in accordance with the skills and employment framework.
  • Ensure compliance with learning & development activities; analyse data from Joint Venture partners, subcontractors, GTOs to prepare training project reports.

About you

  • Qualification in Training and Development or associated disciplines.
  • Previous experience working in a similar HR or training coordination support role
  • Clear understanding of contemporary training practices.
  • Ability to collect, monitor and prepare data and generate reports.
