Ideally with an understanding of an RTO or experience from a similar training / learning organisation, you will assist in supporting our RTO in co-ordinating course activities and following compliance regulations.

Ideally with an understanding of an RTO or experience from a similar training / learning organisation, you will assist in supporting our RTO in co-ordinating course activities and following compliance regulations.
The role:
- Co-ordinate training course preparation printing and collating of course work
- Booking of conference rooms, flights, accommodation and car hire for training courses
- Process new apprentice / trainee enrolments within our LMS and creation of apprentice/trainee personal files
- Electronically scan and record training assessments
- Raise purchase orders for uniforms, training consumables and receipt for payment
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Continuously improve training processes and contribute to weekly and ad hoc reporting
About you
- Experience from an RTO or similar training/learning organisation
- Experience using an LMS or similar system
- Practical work experience co-ordinating and administering trainee and apprenticeship schemes
- Certificate III or IV in Business Administration
- Advanced organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and the confidence to work autonomously when required
- Significant customer service experience, with clear verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate proficiency using Microsoft word and excel
- Hold Full Australian Work Rights
