Key Requirements:

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE).
• Certificate III in Surface Extraction Operations or Certificate III Civil Construction (highly regarded)
• Experience conducting practical VOCs in mining and civil sectors.
• Expertise in mobile plant operations and mine site experience is a MUST
• Ability to coach and upskill entry level operators participating in the Company Training Program.
• Strong administration skills and proficiency in Learning Management Systems.
• Valid drivers license and National Police Clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored training to staff on-site.
• Conduct VOC assessments and maintain skills matrices.
• Facilitate and supervise the IMC Training Program on site.
• Develop, manage and implement site-specific training materials based on operational requirements.
• Ensure operational compliance of the site by conducting regular gap analysis and developing action plans.
• Oversee training administration and data reporting, including ongoing reporting to the Corporate Department.
