Trainee Leading Hand

We currently have 2 x positions for experienced Civil Labourers looking to take the next step in their career. Located around Riverlea, Edinburgh or Mallala. This is an chance to join a growing company who will provide extensive training and give genuine growth opportunites.

All roles are temp to perm and is normally offered after 8-12 weeks of consistent work and when there is capacity on site.


What we require:

• 3–5 years’ experience in civil construction
• Good knowledge of construction methods, safety, and teamwork
• White Card and driver’s licence (HR, plant tickets, and trade quals a plus)

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead and support the site crew on daily civil construction tasks
• Work closely with Foreman to develop leadership skills
• Coordinate work, resources, and team development
• Maintain a safe, efficient, and high-quality work environment

Pay rates vary depending on experience.
