AAMG is currently seeking a motivated and reliable Forklift Operator/Trade Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow within a fast-paced workshop environment while providing essential support to facilitate the day to day operations in our yard .
About the Role:
- Loading and unloading local trucks
- Loading and unloading trucks heading to sites
- Maintaining the laydown yard
- Maintaining Sub-Con WIP (work in progress)
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
- Reliable, safety-focused, and a strong team player
- Long-term stable employment
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to follow instructions
- A commitment to safety and adherence to procedures
- Forklift Licence – ESSENTIAL
- Doggers Licence ESSENTIAL
- A valid Drivers Licence
