Your role will include:
- Verify and resolve discrepancies in order documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Provide timely updates and outstanding customer service to our clients.
- Communicate stock availability, product changes, and alternative options to customers.
- Manage customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate deliveries with both internal teams and external logistics partners
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in the building or construction industry (highly desirable).
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in order management systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
