Your role will include:

  • Verify and resolve discrepancies in order documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide timely updates and outstanding customer service to our clients.
  • Communicate stock availability, product changes, and alternative options to customers.
  • Manage customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Coordinate deliveries with both internal teams and external logistics partners

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in the building or construction industry (highly desirable).
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in order management systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
