About the Role – based in the Auckland city office or the north Auckland office

Every new development, from standalone housing to large-scale apartment complexes, to commercial and industrial expansion adds pressure on public drainage, sanitary sewer, and water supply networks.
This leading consultancy has significant expertise across all aspects of Three Waters engineering. With projects spanning the Greater Auckland region and across New Zealand, their team delivers innovative and sustainable solutions to meet the challenges of urban growth and aging infrastructure.
The Opportunity
Their Auckland office is seeking Intermediate, Senior, and Team Lead Engineers to bolster their Three Waters team. Join a diverse and skilled group of professionals delivering water, wastewater, and stormwater solutions across residential, commercial, and public infrastructure projects.
What Youll Do
- Upgrade and extend stormwater, wastewater, and potable water networks to meet the demands of urban growth.
- Work on solutions such as detention ponds, soakage systems, rain gardens, wetlands, and pipeline upgrades.
- Deliver wastewater systems, including on-site disposal, private and public line extensions, and system remediation.
- Address water supply challenges, including reticulation upgrades, pressure testing, supply analysis, and leak detection coordination.
- (For Senior and Team Lead roles) Lead project delivery, manage teams, and liaise with stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, iwi, and property owners.
What Youll Bring
- A Bachelors degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineeringor a related discipline.
- Experience in design and delivery of water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with resource consent processes and consultation with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of sustainable and green infrastructure solutions.
- Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
