The Opportunity:
Were seeking a talented Planning Leader who is ready to work closely with directors, clients and key stakeholders to shape the function’s success. In this role, youll lead and support a team of talented planners, manage a diverse and rewarding portfolio and provide strategic advice to our clients as part ensuring the continued commercial success of our planning function.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of planners to deliver highquality outcomes
- Work closely with Directors and executives to align planning operations with business goals
- Ensure adherence to the development application process across team operations
- Provide expert advice and input to ensure operational and strategic success
- Create strong relationships with stakeholders and build your profile as an industry expert
- Ensure your team achieves project targets and manage costs and rates against client deadlines
What youll need:
- Ideally 8 years experience working in a Town Planning environment; previous experience leading and mentoring highly regarded
- Tertiary education in Town Planning or similar, or substantial industry experience
- Ability to form strong relationships with and understand the needs of our clients
- Effective analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills
