About the role
 

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Elders team on a permanent, full time basis.

As the new Talent Attraction Specialist, you will work closely with hiring managers and People Business Partners to support the end to end talent attraction process and proactively source candidates with an emphasis on candidate management.

You will enjoy the scope and freedom that this role provides, allowing you to demonstrate your strong recruitment skills while giving you the platform to trial a variety of approaches. This role will suit an experienced professional who is a proactive and responsive team player. The ideal candidate will have volume recruitment experience across a multi-site environment.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment support – including requisitions, hiring briefing meetings, writing ads, shortlisting, screening, qualifying candidates, and building strong talent pipelines.
  • Utilise proactive sourcing methods to find the best talent
  • Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for all candidates throughout the key stages of their application, offer and pre-employment.
  • Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

About you

  • Have strong sourcing experience or the willingness to upskill
  • Excellent organisational and administration skills, plus a sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • A strong candidate experience focus
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • You will be known for your amazing customer service skills, adapt easily to changing priorities, and have a continuous improvement approach to work.
