We are looking for motivated, compassionate, empathetic individuals to support our clients to live their best life.
We are seeking Support Workers in the Blenheim area, to join our highly motivated team to support our serious injury clients.
To join our team you need to be:

A great communicator and able to use a variety of communication strategies (eg: social media, texting, non-verbal communication aids)
Able to commit to a client(s) for an extended period of time
Willing to continually up skill your knowledge by attending information and training opportunities
Able to work within a framework that celebrates the strengths of the client and proactively supports them to live their good life
Good with written skills as fortnightly progress reporting is required.

Essential skills required:

Have some weekend, early starts or evening availability
Are experienced in (or willing to be trained) in progress notes report writing.
You must have your own vehicle and a Full drivers license
