How you will make a difference

  • By helping clients reach their goals set out in their personal support plans
  • Implement planned activities that promote client independence
  • Celebrate clients achievements
  • Enable connection with community resources as desired by client
  • Provide domestic assistance to clients, which includes light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Assisting with personal care
  • Schedule and assist with medical appointments
  • Report clients requirements and reinforce positive behaviour.
  • You can put your hand up to support clients on night and weekend shifts if you would like.

What you need to get started:

  • Current Open Driver’s Licence
  • Up to date COVID vaccination
  • NDIS Workers Screening Clearance and Blue Card
  • NDIS Workers Orientation Certificate or if you need to obtain: https://training.ndiscommission.gov.au
  • Experience in Personal Care
