Supply Planning Manager

Job Description

Based at our Freshwater office in Southbank you will be responsible for the following:

  • Manage supply plans for factories/copackers to meet ANZ demand and operational targets.
  • Collaborate with GCOE KH and ANZ KH to establish best practices in supply planning.
  • Report KPIs to GCOE and ANZ KH business.
  • Oversee inventory and SCL targets.
  • Analyze shipping data to identify bottlenecks and issues.
  • Coach and mentor supply planning team members.
  • Develop cost-effective solutions for supply planning.
  • Work with departments to create coordinated growth plans.
  • Manage stock deployment across ANZ Distribution Centres.
  • Report on continuous improvement of people, tools, and processes to meet demand.
  • Communicate supply risks to the ANZ commercial team.

Your Skills:

  • Experience in managing outsourced teams across multiple locations preferred.
  • Familiarity with JDA/Blue Yonder and BPCS.
  • Advanced planning and scheduling software experience in FMCG or manufacturing.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within diverse teams.
  • Strong communication skills with influencing ability.
  • Analytical problem-solving with business acumen.
  • Experience in developing stock build plans for site events preferred.

Your Experience:

  • Over 5 years of S&OP planning experience.
  • Proven leadership in managing supply and material planning teams.
  • Member of customer-focused service delivery teams.
  • Background in high-volume manufacturing/distribution, preferably with outsourced supply.
  • Project management expertise and familiarity with project methodologies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Preferred knowledge of Power BI and Tableau.
