Wood is currently recruiting for a Subcontracts Specialist to join our team in our growing our Sale office. This role will also require working from Longford Gas Plant.

The Role 

Reporting to the Business Services Lead, you will perform a full range of contracting activities on behalf of a major global oil & gas client. This position is a permanent full-time role.

What makes you remarkable? 

  • Commercially astute with solid experience in developing and managing contracts with global suppliers
  • Strong understanding of contracting principles, particularly in the oil & gas or mining industries
  • Degree qualified in business or commerce, or similar discipline, with at least 5 years of resources industry experience
  • Flexibility and adaptability to prioritise conflicting demands
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience in Oracle, or SAP is desired
