  • Be a hands-on, guest obsessed leader, motivating and driving your team to provide memorable guest experiences
  • Drive revenues by running killer shifts and going above and beyond for our guests

  • Support and inspire an energetic team of hospitality superstars
  • Assist in managing Front of House & Back of House operations, including but not limited to rosters, training, P&L management, forecasting, casual recruitment, COGs, and labour – gotta keep that brain ticking!
  • Continue to build an amazing, collaborative, and inclusive culture
  • Develop and upskill your team members and yourself
  • Learn the ropes of managing all aspects of a busy, multi-faceted entertainment venue… and we mean ALL aspects!
  • Energy, enthusiasm, positivity – and bucketloads of it!
  • A valid RSA and Working with Children Check
  • An ability to work nights and weekends. After all, that’s where the action’s at…!
  • An obsession with providing the best guest experiences
  • Proven experience in all areas of a hospitality venue (bar, kitchen, functions etc.)
  • Strong time management skills and high level of experience in administrative tasks – being able to balance these with being a hands-on front of house manager
  • A burning desire to show what you’ve got and what heights you can take the business!
