We are on the lookout for a Storeperson to join our busy supply chain team in Morley, WA.

About the role:

As a Storeperson at APC, you’ll be at the heart of our daily warehouse and supply chain operations, ensuring that goods and products are handled efficiently and accurately. 

Your role is crucial in maintaining the smooth flow of operations, from checking deliveries to moving stock with a forklift. Your regular tasks include:

  • Collaborating with the team, participating in training activities, and engaging in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Handling machinery and forklifts, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practice.
  • Overseeing quality control, accurate reporting, and efficient stock management, including issuing and managing raw materials.
  • Focusing on health, safety, and environmental considerations, ensuring compliance with OHS regulations.
  • Liaising with the wider business unit, reporting raw material issues, and receiving and checking stock.
  • Adjusting to alternate duties as needed, supporting tasks outside normal duties during peak periods, and performing any other duties as directed.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Basic Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience operating a forklift (essential) and using an RF gun (desirable).
  • Confidence with loading/unloading pallets in trucks.
  • Previous experience in a warehousing facility.
  • Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems and ERP systems.
  • Valid Australian drivers license and forklift ticket (essential).
  • First Aid Certificate or similar (desirable).
