Ready for a change of pace and a chance to work on a major infrastructure project?
Were hiring Soil Testing Technicians based out of our Glendenning Laboratory for long-term project work located around two hours south of Sydney.
Youll begin with several months of training and hands-on work at our Glendenning Lab before moving onto site-based project work. Once on project, expect 12-hour days, Monday to Friday/Saturday, with camp-style accommodation, meals and travel provided.
This role suits someone who enjoys hands-on outdoor work, long days, being part of a team and earning strong money through consistent hours.
The project has around 12 months remaining, however these are permanent full-time positions with ongoing long-term employment through our Glendenning Laboratory beyond the project.

- Physically demanding work on a major construction project
- Maintain accurate records, results, and documentation

What Were Looking For
- Solid experience as a CMT Technician (soils)
- Reliable, team-focused, and safety-driven
- Manual drivers licence preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Must be Australian/NZ citizen, PR, or unrestricted visa holder living in Australia
