About the role

PJL Group is seeking an enthusiastic Site Support Administrator to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis at the Hillgrove mine site near Armidale.

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Site Support Administrator will be an integral part of our administrative and support services responsible for general administrative duties including managing rosters, facilitating travel bookings, assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, raising purchase orders, entering various data into systems such as work orders, providing admin support to operational staff, order and maintain administrative supplies and work with head office to streamline processes.

About you

  • Proven experience in a busy and varied administration role
  • Experience in mining or heavy industry preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities with a positive attitude
  • Possess a current Driver Licence
  • Knowledge of Accounts Payable and Receivable an advantage

About the Company

PJL Group is a specialised Underground Hard Rock Maintenance and Asset Supply Company seeking a Site Support Administrator to support the recommencement of mining and production at the Hillgrove Mine.

PJL will be responsible for the supply and maintenance of the underground mining fleet on a 24/7 basis from dedicated workshop facilities onsite for its client Larvotto Resources. The fleet will primarily consist of new Sandvik, Caterpillar, and Volvo equipment, along with site light vehicles.
