Hays are currently recruiting a site supervisor to work north of the river on a number of new ongoing projects. This commercial builder has over 30 internal staff and values work-life balance.
Your new role
- This commercial organisation has ongoing work confirmed for the next 12 months with nothing slowing down.
- Specialising in fast food, retail, childcare, fuel stations and other commercial buildings, the work is endless.
- Location wise, they have work from Gearlton to Bunbury. Based on your location, they are very committed to reducing travel.
- This particular role will be to manage a number of projects around m north of the city.
- Projects will include new builds of a pub, car wash, gym & fuel station.
- Within this company, you are supported by project managers & construction managers who are hands-on.
- Teamwork within this company is very important, as well as work-life balance.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Previous experience of managing new builds of fuel stations, retail outlets, fast food, supermarkets or similar projects (Australian experience desired)
- Managing projects from $515 M in value
- Managing on-site subcontractors of 20 staffing
- Ability to manage sites from civil works to handover
- Ability to be hands-on and a team player to ensure work is completed
- Work within deadlines and keep project timeframes
- Qualification in construction
