We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with a proven background in commercial fit out and service projects to join our growing construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on supervisor who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects safely, on time, and within budget.
The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day management of site activities, coordinate subcontractors, and trades, and ensure all fit-out and services works are completed to the highest standards. Experience overseeing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire, and communications services installations is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all site activities from commencement to completion.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to specification.
- Monitor quality assurance and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate fit out works and building services installations.
- Conduct site inspections and identify potential issues before they impact project delivery.
- Liaise with project managers, consultants, clients, and stakeholders.
- Manage site documentation, reporting, and progress tracking.
- Promote a strong safety culture and maintain compliance with WHS requirements.
About You
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on commercial fit out projects.
- Strong understanding of building services including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire, and HVAC systems.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Relevant trade qualification, building qualification, or construction-related certification.
