The Role: Site Manager Community Project
Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of a major community project located south of Brisbane CBD, valued at over $50M.
Youll work closely with the Project Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, champion safety and quality, and drive performance across all site teams and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee site operations and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Coordinate trades and subcontractors to maintain program and budget
- Contribute to design reviews and site-specific planning
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and the local community
About You
- Proven experience managing large-scale community or infrastructure projects
- Relevant trade or construction qualifications
- Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, hands-on approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
