THE POSITION:

• Oversee the operations of a premier ski resort year-round
• Lead from the front, ensuring seamless venue operations
• Manage cost controls, stock systems, and financial reporting
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team
• Maintain exceptional service standards and client relationships
• Drive efficiency, reduce turnover, and enhance business performance

THE PERSON:

• Proven experience in high-end hospitality across bar, catering, front desk, and cleaning teams
• Strong financial acumen, budget management, and cost control expertise
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, engaging teams and stakeholders
• In-depth knowledge of hospitality standards, food safety, and risk management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience managing P&L and resources
