An opportunity, Built for you
Located in Woolloongabba, the $82 million project is a medical research facility, in the early stages. Reporting to the Site / Project Manager, the purpose of the Services / Finishes Foreperson is:
- To provide a highly organised site delivery co-ordination whilst achieving quality, time, OHS and industrial relations requirements
- Supervise construction work during installation, inspection, testing and commissioning, and ensure that work is completed in accordance with drawings and specifications
- To minimise cost and manage preliminaries within cost budget
- Subcontractor /supplier management, staff management

You wont shy away from a challenge and will always own the problem, knowing youve got the full support of the team. Here are the essentials youll need for this role:
- Experience working in a Tier 1 construction company, with large project experience ($100m plus)
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar Services / Finishes role
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Building, Construction or Engineering or trade qualified
- A leader who demonstrates a strong team-work ethic
- Appropriate OHS qualifications
- Strong people management skills
