Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, including pumps, valves, heat exchangers, and homogenisers.
Ensure all service work is completed safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
Maintain positive customer relationships before, during, and after service work.
Promote and uphold exceptional customer service and safe work practices.
Travel regionally and interstate as needed, participating in an on-call roster for after-hours service.
