About the Role 

Based at our Perth Branch, Liebherr-Australia is seeking an experienced coordinator to provide dedicated support to the Liebherr mining aftermarket team within Australia, specifically in all sales and service activities and to include the day-to-day operational administration requirements of the division crossing over multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities including but not limited to

  • Updating data bases and generating reports
  • Assisting the National Team Leader Product Support Components Division with all relevant Service & Remanufacturing administrative tasks
  • Raising Job cards, Sales, Repair and Purchase Orders
  • Invoicing of Service Jobs
  • Processing of Expense claims
  • Assist Service Manager in compilation of quotations and other required documentation
  • Maintain site access requirements
  • Process travel bookings
  • Work together with Service Supervisor to forecast induction requirements for upcoming jobs
  • Assisting with Customer queries

About you

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business or a related field
  • Previous experience in in Business or a related field
  • High attention to detail and effective communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and complete to high standard
  • Identification and resolution of potential issues
  • Experience in BAAN/LISA (desirable)
