What youll do?
We are on the lookout for a Service Desk Technician to assist our Engineering team with upcoming project work. This is an entry level position that is required for a short-term project that we have in October, with the potential to take on more work in the coming months.
- Carry out all aspects of device configuration activities including device imaging and software deployment and installation of specific components.
- Perform stock picking, asset application of device, packaging, data entry.
- Participate in the ongoing maintenance of documentation at the direction of the Deployments Team Lead.
What youll bring?
- No work experience required – love everything tech and have a basic understanding of MacOS and/or WindowsOS.
- Confident and outgoing with your customer service skills.
- Ability to follow repetitive processes with a keen eye for details.
- Hungry to learn more, you are proactive and have a can-do attitude.
What else do you need to apply?

- Available to start towards the end of October.
- Travel on-site to our client’s office in Sydney.
- Must be an Australian resident available to work full time without restrictions
