About the role
We are currently recruiting for a Service Delivery Officer to join the team in Bega or Moruya. This role will be a fixed term contract through until December .
As a Service Delivery Officer, you will deliver administrative services within Network Services ensuring reliable and accurate information is available to facilitate the efficient operation of the Division in achieving its business goals. You will also encompass a broad range of administrative tasks to meet both regional and stakeholder requirements. This is a secondment position, offered until mid-December .
About You
- You will have demonstrated experience in a similar operational or administrative role with the provision of administrative services and record management functions in a large organisation
- In your previous roles you worked to deadlines whilst maintaining and promoting confidentiality
- You are a people person with excellent communication skills and customer service techniques to relay, gather and request information.
Required Qualifications | Skills
- Certificate III in Business Administration or demonstrated capability through past employment experience and/or relevant qualifications
- Proven communication and customer service skills and experience to liaise and interact with a diverse range of customers, stakeholders and sponsors in an energy distribution environment whilst maintaining confidentiality
- Demonstrated ability to provide administrative support services and document recording functions with good attention to detail
- Flexible, self-motivated and well organised and be able to handle a varying complex workload
- Ability to work autonomously or in a team environment
- Strong skills in computer operations and business systems relevant to the role including Microsoft Office products.
