About The Company

About the Role
As a Service Coordinator, you are responsible for receiving, logging and scheduling all field service calls. This includes speaking with customers over the phone, assessing and analysing the type of fault and priority level and scheduling the appropriate service technician to attend the customer site to resolve the issue.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive service requests by Phone and Email from customers.
- Assist Coordinating the appropriate service technician to visit the customer site at a convenient time.
- Check all outstanding jobs and ensure all completed jobs have been closed off to the customers satisfaction.
- Strengthen existing customer relationships.
- Ensure documentation for each service call is completed in Simpro as required in a timely and efficient/effective manner.
- Actively contribute to and participate in service team meetings.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role or a strong Customer service or admin background.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- High level of computer literacy, MS Office and an ERP/MRP system.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
