BGC Housing Group is seeking experienced Service Consultant to join our Piping Division working in the maintenance and renovation space. This position offers significant job security, with a minimum 10 year-expected job book ahead of us.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, taking control of the situation by providing clear advice and guiding them through the next steps to resolve their issue. You will address client queries, manage requests, and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
- To be the primary point of contact for clients when they have experienced a burst pipe
- Handle burst pipe-related inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Promptly address client requests, concerns, and complaints with effective solutions
- Escalate complex client queries swiftly and appropriately
- Communicate piping issues clearly to the relevant Supervisor in a timely manner
- Respond to all email and phone inquiries within the business day
- Escalate formal complaints to the appropriate senior personnel
- Ensure all client communications (written and verbal) are promptly and accurately recorded in the system
- Coordinate and process inspections and service requests efficiently
- Provide timely and accurate feedback to clients regarding progress
- Process invoices correctly and within required timeframes
- Deliver diverse administrative and organisational support as needed
