What you’ll do: 

As a Service Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring the wellbeing of village residents living and working away from home. You will be responsible for a range of hospitality and cleaning services, including: 

• Bar service
• Cleaning and housekeeping in accommodation rooms (dongas).
• Assisting in kitchen and dining areas.
• Maintaining cleanliness across the mine site, including offices, crib rooms, and ablution blocks.
• Providing excellent customer service in the Tavern or Retail Shop.
• Keeping outdoor areas and grounds clean and maintained.

What you bring: 

We’re looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments. If you have experience in industrial cleaning, housekeeping, or kitchen and catering roles—or possess transferable skills—we want to hear from you!  

To be successful in this role, you will need: 

• The ability to work 11-hour shifts, both day and night.
• A willingness to work in a remote environment with varying weather conditions
• The ability to multi-task with a strong teamwork approach
• A commitment to workplace safety protocols
• A valid open driver’s license
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing
