Your new role
You will be providing administration support to the team through a range of duties, such as:
- Preparing quotes and invoicing
- Raising purchase orders and goods receipting via SAP
- Transferring parts
- Generating weekly and monthly reports
- Accurate data entry and record keeping
- Ensuring all timesheets are correctly entered for weekly payroll
- Monitoring and scheduling site inductions, vehicle maintenance and training records
- Ordering PPE and office consumables
- Liaising with customers and maintaining strong working relationships
What you’ll need to succeed
Your Administration experience will be highly beneficial, as well as:
- Strong experience with SAP
- High attention to detail
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
- Adaptability and initiative
- Great customer service and communication abilities
