Your new role

You will be providing administration support to the team through a range of duties, such as:

  • Preparing quotes and invoicing
  • Raising purchase orders and goods receipting via SAP
  • Transferring parts
  • Generating weekly and monthly reports
  • Accurate data entry and record keeping
  • Ensuring all timesheets are correctly entered for weekly payroll
  • Monitoring and scheduling site inductions, vehicle maintenance and training records
  • Ordering PPE and office consumables
  • Liaising with customers and maintaining strong working relationships

What you’ll need to succeed

Your Administration experience will be highly beneficial, as well as:

  • Strong experience with SAP
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Adaptability and initiative
  • Great customer service and communication abilities
