About the Role


As a key member of the workshop team, you will be responsible for servicing, diagnosing, and repairing BMW vehicles to the highest standard.

This role suits a senior-level technician who takes pride in precision workmanship and delivering outstanding customer outcomes.

  

What You’ll Be Doing

• Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and complex repairs on BMW vehicles
• Advanced diagnostics and fault-finding using manufacturer systems
• Identifying and resolving technical issues efficiently and accurately
• Supporting workshop productivity and mentoring junior technicians when required
• Ensuring all work meets BMW standards and compliance requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience working with BMW vehicles (essential)
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability
• Senior-level capability or ready to step into a senior role
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Strong work ethic and team-focused mindset
• Relevant automotive qualifications

Hybrid / EV (HV) certification preferred – however, full training and certification can be provided by the employer
