The Opportunity
As a Senior Risk Coach, your primary role is to provide comprehensive coaching, advice, and guidance to the business, leveraging your extensive expertise in risk management within the Financial Services sector. Having many years of professional experience, particularly in Investment Risk, you’ll serve as the Subject Matter Expert in your designated domain, aligning with our Risk Management Framework and three lines of defense model.
Your responsibilities include facilitating alignment between the broader Investment Management Centre of Excellence and our risk management strategies, with a focus on Financial Risk, Asset Liquidity Risk, and Credit Risk. Mastery in Control Design and Assurance is essential, as you navigate international and local regulatory landscapes, ensuring compliance and governance standards are met.
Operating within the Centre of Excellence of Risk and Legal, you’ll collaborate seamlessly with various leadership squads, spanning Customer, Technology, Finance, Actuarial, HRACS, Insurance, Superannuation, and Investment products. Your role also entails extensive experience in Senior Stakeholder Relationship Management, fostering collaboration and alignment across diverse teams to drive effective risk management practices.
This opportunity offers a full-time permanent position with a commitment to flexible working arrangements. You’ll enjoy the autonomy to work remotely, balanced with occasional office attendance as needed, ensuring a harmonious blend of business requirements and personal flexibility.
