About the Role
The Sydney Recruitment Team is focused on growth to continue to support our clients with their workforce needs and we are looking for committed, passionate people to help us realise our vision. This is an opportunity to be part of continuing to accelerate the growth of our NSW Recruitment Team. You will be a skilled recruitment professional that connects talent to the opportunities and needs of valued clients. Using diligent and frequent relationship building techniques, your ability to understand the needs and requirements of people will ensure you continuously grow and evolve your portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection for clients within your designated portfolio
  • Anticipate and identify client needs, turning new opportunities into lasting relationships
  • Candidate research, pooling and building talent communities within key recruitment verticals to support your client portfolio
  • Consistently meet performance benchmarks in support of the team business plan as well as service and compliance standards
  • Provide career and recruitment advice to candidates and clients which are professional, useful, ethical and memorable, creating a lasting impression of Davidson.
  • Consistently meet KPIs to drive your own Business development activity as well as service and compliance standards.
  • Maintain a positive and balanced outlook with a focus on resilience and wellbeing within a Sales environment.

The Ideal Candidate

  • We want to speak with passionate and talented recruitment professionals who have experience in securing new business, growing existing relationships and the motivation to get the best results for our clients.
  • Previous experience as an agency Recruitment Consultant required .
  • Exposure to a commercial business with an understanding of how to drive and implement sales targets
  • A can-do attitude and hunger for learning
  • Ambitious and a keen eye for detail
  • Resilience and problem-solving skills
