About the opportunity 


We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Administrator. The Senior Project Administrator is responsible for providing accurate and efficient support to our project teams on site, from our West Perth office. 

Your duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Oversee and coordinate day-to-day administrative functions across remote mining projects
  • Manage site rosters, coordinate logistics, including accommodation arrangements, flights bookings scheduling, and processing site access requests
  • Upholding communication between Perth and site-based offices
  • Drive improvements in administrative processes and contribute to strategic planning initiatives with operations and project team
  • Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders, HR, payroll, safety, training, mobilisations and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency
  • Ensure all office functions (administration, document control, filing system, records, clerical recording, software licensing etc.) are effectively managed and organised
  • Raising purchase orders, receipting in goods and reconciliation of invoices
  • Maintain a high level of data accuracy with precise data entry, report generation, system updates, and schedule management
  • Uphold and promote company values in all interactions with clients, stakeholders, and team members
  • Assist in mentoring site project administrators as required
  • Other duties as required

About you

  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in civil / mining industry or site-based project related
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively
  • Focussed on continuous improvement with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure
  • Experience mobilising for RTIO – essential
  • Experience mobilising for BHP and FMG – preferred
  • Flexibility to travel to site when required
  • Strong proficiency across MS Office applications and other databases (PEGASUS, SAM, SAP, ERMS, Workflow)
  • Ability to work in a fun and dynamic team culture
