Role Snap Shot
We are seeking a Senior People and Culture Administrator to join our team, focusing primarily on quality management systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in writing procedures and a solid understanding of the quality space. This role is essential in supporting our internal audit program and reviewing procedure document templates. The Senior People and Culture Administrator will also assist with other PAC administrative tasks, answer phones when required, and ideally attend the office once a week.

How You Will Contribute

  • Oversee and maintain quality management systems, ensuring compliance with internal standards.
  • Write and review procedures, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in documentation.
  • Conduct internal audits and contribute to the continuous improvement of quality processes.
  • Manage document control to ensure all materials are up-to-date and accessible.
  • Support PAC administration tasks, including answering phones and coordinating administrative functions.
  • Demonstrate autonomy and accountability in managing day-to-day operations and projects.
  • Collaborate with other team members to enhance quality objectives and PAC outputs.

  • Proven experience in quality management systems and writing procedures.
  • Familiarity with internal auditing processes and document control.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks autonomously.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Availability to attend the office once a week and assist with phone duties.
