Salary package: $147,782- per annum plus 17% superannuation

The Senior Manager – Organisational Change provides comprehensive change management consultancy support in the development, design and implementation of change management. The role involves project work, principally within the Strategy and Planning and Employee Relations team of the People and Culture Division and across the University to facilitate the achievement of its strategic goals.
They are responsible for key projects across the University that are consistent with Divisional plans and priorities the University documented in relevant strategies or articulated by the University Executive. The role will work in close collaboration with senior staff across campus to provide high quality and strategic advice and support to a range of matters, including managing change, process improvement and organisational restructures, and will also provide project governance for the People and Culture Division strategic projects. 
The successful applicant will be required to work within the Higher Education sector, with a significant focus on driving change in employee relations and human resources practices to increase flexibility, capability and productivity of the workforce in line with the University’s Strategic Plan.
